UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT OF ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING FT UNY, ANGGA SATRIAWAN ALDI, WINS GOLD MEDAL IN WORLD SKILL COMPETITION-ASEAN (WSC-ASEAN) 2023 IN SINGAPORE

Singapore, July 28, 2023 - A brilliant achievement has been achieved by Angga Satriawan Aldi, an Electrical Engineering undergraduate student, in the World Skill Competition-ASEAN (WSC-ASEAN) event which took place from July 22 to 27, 2023 in Singapore. Angga managed to make Indonesia proud by winning a gold medal in this prestigious competition.

The World Skill Competition-ASEAN is an international event involving participants from ASEAN countries in various fields of expertise. Participants from each country compete to show their best skills and bring home medals for their respective countries.

Angga performed brilliantly in the Electronics category and managed to get the highest recognition by winning a gold medal. Angga's remarkable achievement is the result of his hard work, dedication, and talent in electrical engineering.

"I feel very proud and grateful for this achievement. During the competition, I tried to give my best and represent Indonesia well. This is an unforgettable moment in my life," said Angga excitedly after receiving his gold medal.

The Dean of the Faculty of Engineering UNY where Angga Satriawan Aldi studied, Prof. Drs. Herman Dwi Surjono, Ph.D., also felt proud of Angga's achievement. "Angga Satriawan Aldi's achievement is a clear proof of the quality and potential of our students. We hope that this achievement will inspire all the university students to continue and develop their abilities and achieve on an international scale."

Angga Satriawan Aldi's achievement not only brings pride to his family and university but also to Indonesia. Hopefully, this brilliant achievement will encourage other Indonesian youths to continue to perform and make the nation proud on the international stage.
