A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF THE FACULTY OF COMPUTER SCIENCE UNSIKA WITH THE FACULTY OF ENGINEERING UNY

The Informatics Study Program, Faculty of Computer Science, Singaperbangsa University Karawang, conducted a comparative study with the Faculty of Engineering, Yogyakarta State University, especially the Department of Electronics and Informatics Engineering Education, on Tuesday, (06/20/2023). Also in the group was the Deputy Dean for General Affairs, Singaperbangsa University, Karawang, accompanied by the Study Program Coordinator along with lecturers and staff at Singaperbangsa University, Karawang. The delegation from Singaperbangsa University Karawang was received directly by the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Yogyakarta State University, Deputy Dean for Academic, Student, and Alumni Affairs, FT UNY, Deputy Dean for Research, Cooperation, Information Systems and Business, FT UNY, Management of the Electronics and Informatics Engineering Education Department, FT UNY, all chairmen and coordinators, along with lecturers and staff in the FT UNY environment.

Deputy Dean for General Affairs and Finance at Singaperbangsa University Karawang, M. Jajuli, M.Si, leader of the group from Singaperbangsa University Karawang, stated in his speech, "Our aim and objective are to establish friendship and cooperation based on IKU, and we are happy to be able to learn from the Faculty of Engineering Yogyakarta State University.”.

Meanwhile, the Dean of the UNY Faculty of Engineering, Prof. Herman Dwi Surjono, Ph.D., is welcoming the arrival of the Singaperbangsa University Karawang group and hopefully getting the best information regarding the Faculty of Engineering, UNY. "Whatever we can help with, we will facilitate and answer as best we can, and we will convey it, and hopefully this friendship will be useful for all of us and a blessing for all of us," he said.

The agenda continued with discussions on the quality of tri-dharma implementation, ASIIN international accreditation, and the potential for cooperation in supporting the independent campus program. On this occasion, the Faculty of Engineering, UNY, and the Faculty of Computer Science, Singaperbangsa University, Karawang, established cooperation, which was marked by the signing of a cooperation agreement document.
